Current Bay Front procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic* :

  • Masks are mandatory at all times in the Clubhouse and Fitness Center
  • Clubhouse events and meetings are restricted to a maximum of 25 people
  • No Private Events are permitted with outside guests
  • Board meetings will continue to be held via Zoom teleconference; usually on the 4th Saturday of each month.  Registration instructions will be emailed to members in advance of each meeting.

Welcome to the official website of the Bay Front at Rehoboth Homeowners Association (HOA)Our community was established in 2005 on the western shore of Rehoboth Bay in Sussex County, Delaware.  It is situated on 250 partially wooded, pristine acres just 15 minutes from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.  Our amenities include a private beach on Rehoboth Bay with a gazebo and kayak storage, a pool and pool house, and a clubhouse and playground. Our planned community of 180 homes is nearly complete, and is managed by a homeowner-elected, five-member HOA Board of Directors. We invite you to browse the public areas of our website to learn more about Bay Front at Rehoboth!

Tidewater Water Quality Report - 2019

Water Testing Results Tidewater Utilities, Inc, Bay Front's drinking water provider has published their most recent water testing results for the communities they serve.  The report can be accessed by clicking on the image to the left.  Note that the results specific to Bay Front's water supply  can be found on Page 14.  The complete report is included as other sections of the document help explain the various testing methods, and provide definitions and interpretations of the test results.

Lawn Maintenance Report

Lawn Maintenance Contract Performance The single greatest expense in the Bay Front operating budget is for lawn maintenance and landscaping services.  The Bay Front Grounds Committee devotes considerable time monitoring the week-to-week performance of our service provider to ensure they meet the terms outlined in our contract.  In addition to providing feedback to the vendor, this information  is  used to help identify program improvements and, where possible, cost savings to the community.  Click HERE to read the Committee's 2020 report.

Emails from HOA

Not Receiving E-mails from bayfronthoa.net? Check your "SPAM" Folder!  Email providers, like Gmail, Yahoo, Apple, etc, frequently adjust their settings to filter-out unwanted emails from user's inboxes.  This can result in legitimate emails getting directed to the SPAM, JUNK, TRASH, etc. folder.

HOA members should check their Trash, SPAM (or equivalent) folders from time-to-time.  If you do find emails from us ending in @bayfronthoa.net, please take the time to adjust your email settings to help prevent future occurrences. Volunteer Opportunities

Village Volunteer was previously known as the Greater Lewes Community Village.  It is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping older adults live independently as long as possible. The Village provides volunteer support, services such as transportation and errands.  In addition, we offer programs that enhance the lives of members by helping them remain active and engaged in a variety of social, educational and cultural activities.

We are a member of the VILLAGE TO VILLAGE Network of over 250 VILLAGES nationwide.
