Welcome to the official website of the Bay Front at Rehoboth Homeowners Association (HOA). Our community was established in 2005 on the western shore of Rehoboth Bay in Sussex County, Delaware. It is situated on 250 partially wooded, pristine acres just 15 minutes from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Our amenities include a private beach on Rehoboth Bay with a gazebo and kayak storage, a pool and pool house, and a clubhouse and playground. Our planned community of 180 homes is nearly complete, and is managed by a homeowner-elected, five-member HOA Board of Directors. We invite you to browse the public areas of our website to learn more about Bay Front at Rehoboth!
The next HOA Board Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in the Clubhouse Card Room. Board Meetings are usually held on the 4th Saturday of each month at 9:30 a.m. and are open to all homeowners and property owners. IF NEEDED, additional meetings may be held. All meeting dates are posted on the Event Calendar.
